On approval, Passage issues proof of financial support covering full tuition fees and the first year of living costs in Canada — the document your referrals need to satisfy IRCC and the school.

We only fund programs that meet PGWP eligibility and align with verified Canadian labour-shortage data. Healthcare, skilled trades, ECE, and STEM — not the catalogue.

Apply to join Passage as a referral partner. We’ll review your application to understand how you’ll refer international talent to programs supported by Passage.

Get onboarded
Once approved, we’ll book an onboarding call with your team where you’ll become an expert on the product and how to best help students.

Refer talent
Help top international talent enrol at college programs aligned with filling Canadian labour shortages.

Earn a referral fee
Earn a fee for every student who successfully enrols in a program supported by a Passage loan.
